Our Spiritual Mentor Swami Tapananda Jee Maharaj is the Founder President of Sri Ramakrishna Sarada Math & Mission Hazaribag, Jharkhand and Ramakrishna Sarada Ashrom Jyangra, Kolkata, West Bengal.
The resident Monk, Swami Tapananda Jee Maharaj, is a disciple of Srimat Swami Himangshu Maharaj, who is a direct disciple of Holy Mother Sarada Devi.
This institution dares to claim as its guiding principle the message of Swami Vivekananda pronounced in 1898 for the total upliftment of grassroots level human beings especially at the individual level in our society through education, health care, and rural upliftment programs.

Sanjit Kumar Mohanta, The Founder President of “Mohanta Memorial Welfare Trust”, and Founder President of MOHANTA PUBLIC SCHOOL-Sulanguri, New Town, Kolkata.
Mr. Mohanta is a very Honest, and righteous person and he is also social worker from very early age. Sanjit Kumar Mohanta and his wife Sikha Mohanta are Disciples of Swami Tapananda Jee Maharaj from Ramakrishna Sarada Math, Kolkata in 2010.
Swami Tapananda Jee Maharaj, the founder President of Sri Ramakrishna Sarada Math & Mission, Rabindra Path, Hazaribag dedicated his life, both for spiritual knowledge and social service at an early age. His spirititual Gurudev Swami Himangshu Maharaj, a direct disciple of Holy Mother Sarada Devi, Consort of Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa Deb, initiated him as a disciple of Sri Ramakrishna order at a tender age of 14.
